Big News!!!

At long last the chapter has recieved its official recognition as a 501(c)3 organization from the IRS.  Although the chapter has always been not for profit , it became official on 12/13/2007.  Kudos to John Haney, Tom Velie, and all those who helped pave the way for this important milestone.  This now makes it possible for the chapter to receive donations of all types and provides for a tax deductible contribution to the donors. 

We have a few things to talk about at the next meeting.  One issue is Woodstock airport.  We will talk asbout it's future and the chapter's possible involvement .
